Racing simulator cockpit from VwTCC



Playseats distributor SimBin Studios, in close cooperation with Eurosport and partners of the FIA World Touring Car Championship (WTCC) has created the “Virtual World Touring Car Championship” (V-WTCC).

Based on the Official WTCC game “Race 07” which features the most accurate representatives of the WTCC cars ever created, gamers from around the globe can compete against each other in this virtual Championship.

By first registering your entry through the V-WTCC web site gamers can then choose to enter either the Yokohama Independents Trophy or the V-WTCC online pre-qualification process divided across four car manufacturer brands; BMW, Chevrolet, Honda or Seat. The top 20 qualifying drivers in each manufacturer category then compete against each other online to determine the final four from each category to go through to the semi-finals at one of the RaceRoom Game Parks featured at six rounds of the WTCC.

Virtual racing continues to grow in popularity amongst gaming fans and racing drivers looking to hone their skills and learn new circuits. With real racing drivers striving to beat the hottest names in simracing, winning the overall title will not be an easy feat.

The Grand Finale will be held on October 4th at the historical race circuit of Monza.
